Search Essentials Care Package

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SEO and Google Business Profile management service ("Search Essentials Care Package") provided by Vida Digital Marketing, a registered partnership based in Queensland, Australia. By subscribing to this Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview

Vida Digital Marketing provides a pay-as-you-go SEO management service designed to enhance a website's indexing on Google and optimize the business's Google Business Profile. The service includes:

Actively managing website indexing via Google Search Console (setup included if required).

Auditing and optimizing the client’s Google Business Profile (setup included if required).

Monthly reporting on organic search performance, including impressions, clicks, and search queries.

The service does not include website content creation, content management, or regular consultation calls. However, additional support can be requested via email or through our website.

2. Eligibility & Scope

This service is available only to businesses registered in Australia.

Non-business website owners may subscribe but must acknowledge that this is a business-focused service.

The service applies only to the specific website and Google Business Profile provided during signup.

3. Pricing & Payment

The standard price is $60 per month.

A special offer price of $30 per month is available for the first 12 months of service. After this period, the price reverts to $60 per month.

The first invoice is issued upon signup and must be paid within 7 days. Work will not commence until payment is received.

Subsequent invoices are issued monthly, with payment due within 7 days.

Failure to pay within 14 days of the due date will result in service suspension until payment is made.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for this service.

4. Access & Client Responsibilities

To provide the Service, Vida Digital Marketing requires:

Administrator access to the client’s website to verify ownership for Google Search Console setup.

Access to Google Search Console and Google Business Profile, if already established.

We will not alter the functionality, settings, or aesthetics of your website.

Clients must:

Provide the necessary access credentials promptly.

Keep their Google Search Console and Google Business Profile accounts active.

Inform Vida Digital Marketing of their intent to cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle via email.

5. Contract Period & Cancellation

The minimum contract period is 1 month.

Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

If notice is provided within 7 days of the next billing cycle, Vida Digital Marketing reserves the right to determine whether the upcoming invoice is voided.

Failure to pay invoices on time may result in automatic service suspension until payment is received.

6. Service Performance & Disclaimers

No guarantees of SEO results: The service aims to improve the client’s online visibility, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or sales improvements.

Reports will be provided in a timely manner, and clients will have continuous access to reporting tools.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Limitations

Vida Digital Marketing relies on external platforms, including:

Google Search Console

Google Business Profile

Looker Studio

We are not responsible for:

Performance, availability, or changes to third-party platforms.

Any errors, bugs, or service disruptions caused by these platforms.

Client misconfigurations or actions outside of our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vida Digital Marketing is not liable for:

Any loss of business, revenue, or opportunities due to SEO performance.

Technical issues resulting from third-party platforms (Google, hosting providers, CMS platforms, etc.).

Security breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access to the client’s website.

Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability, if proven at fault, is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in the last three months.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

Clients should first contact Vida Digital Marketing to attempt a resolution via hello@vidadigitalmarketing.com.au.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled via mediation or arbitration in accordance with Queensland law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

11. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Vida Digital Marketing reserves the right to update these Terms.

Clients will be notified of changes before their next billing cycle.

If a client does not agree to the new Terms, they may cancel their subscription before the next billing date without penalty.
